happens during a coaching session?
You report
on the successes you have had during the week, problems you faced and
how you handled them. You talk about what you are currently working on
and how it is going. Your coach and you will discuss subjects you want
advice on. Your coach will help you become focused as you share ideas.
Your coach understands you and gives you an objective opinion. You decide
what you want to do and when you are best prepared to move ahead.
Your coach will:
Listen
- Your coach hears your words, your thoughts and hears what you are not
saying. You have your coach's complete attention.
Share
- After you have fully communicated, your coach will share advice, ideas,
comments and views.
Approve
- Your coach is an objective person who gives approval, compassion and
acknowledgment.
Suggest
- Your coach makes suggestions,
offers tools, and advice to help you move ahead in your quest for more
of what you want for your business life. You are the client. You choose
what to accept and do.
What
is expected of me as a client?
You
will be asked to honor your meeting times. You will be asked to be on
time and not distracted from the conversation. You will be asked to be
honest with your coach and give your coach all the information available.
You will be asked to tell your coach what you are thinking and feeling.
You will be asked to be willing to listen and consider what your coach
suggests. You will be asked to allow your coach to coach you until the
goal is met or the information you need to become more successful is complete.
Your coach wants you to succeed.
Can
I work with The Business Coach long-distance?
Yes,
because your coach works with people by phone and e-mail, you can be anywhere
in the world and your coach can work with you.
Is
coaching expensive?
No,
LifeSkills International has several pricing options that are affordable
for almost everyone. We offer a free half-hour introductory telephone
coaching session. All other coaching is paid in advance according to the
option you choose.
How
does the coaching session work?
Sessions
are from 55 minutes to 2-hours by phone. If we meet in person, the minimum
is 2-hour sessions. If you are in the Greater Houston, Texas area, we
meet in your office. All meetings are scheduled. We will work with your
schedule as much as possible.
